I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee Limited and both fog lights quit working. The green light comes on in the dash so I think they are on. Checked the bulbs and they are fine. Checked the fuse, or what I thought the fuse. I looked online and found that the fog lights are fuse #24, (I dont have the fuse box cover so its hard to know for sure thats the right fuse.) Any ideas on what else could be the problem?

The switch is likely bad, it's common. Jeep sells a replacement switch that is supposed to address this common failure.

I see now you have a Grand, I was referring to the regular Cherokee after reading only the title of the thread. Not sure if the same applies. I don't know where your switch is, where do you turn them on at?

Check the fog lamp relay on the junction block.
my grand was doin the same... check that relay, also replace ANY blown fuses whether it says anything to do wit the fog lights or not. mine wasnt the realy, but an unmarked maxi fuse in the junction box, but idk how much different he zj is from the wj

hood. there should be a fuse block behind the battery. at least thats where it is on the 97's
