It's a recall..............Take to a dealer and get the whole thing replaced. They should replace your rear drums as well if they haven't already.

No need to paint. I Use this stuff called back to black. Works great on fender flares, mirrors or anything black plastic. I would invest in a socket torx set if you must remove.

Sorry it took me so long to respond. You need to remove the rubber part of the rear passenger wheelwell to access the ECV. Mine was completely broken, thus causing the gas spills and gas fumes. It is a good idea to remove the whole assembly and the 2 vapor lines that attach to the gas tank...

Bingo......Wise man once said "never turn your Jeep on or off with the A/C running". Had a '95 ZJ that did that twice and that is what the mechanic at Jeep told me. It tends to screw it all up for some reason.

My YJ run's 31's with a shackle lift and it has no problems. It performs fine on the road and light to moderate wheelin. Works fine for a budget, but like Twisted said, you need a full suspension lift if you are doing serious wheelin.

I saw report that you get worse gas milage so E85 is a wash in some vehicles. I am sure it is different for some.
