i am looking at lift kits for my 2004 jeep wrangler. I found a 3" lift that is made by zone offroad products. Does anyone know anything aboout Zone Offroad products?? I also noticed that you can buy accesories for the lift like a steering stabilizer and sway bar disconnects and i was wondering if it was neccesary to have these for the lift?

It all depends on what you plan on doing with the Jeep, off roading wise.
The zone lift is highly recommended on many forums. Haven't come across negative concerns.

What's involved part wise, cost, time or how to??

well the lift is 459.99 and then i would like to run 33's and i dont go off road to much. If i do it is nothing extreme just a little mud would i be better of going with a smaller simpile lift that would let me run 33's?

3" is fine for mud and nothing crazy running 33s. What is in the kit you are looking to buy? You'll need at the least extended sway bars, transfer case drop and probably rear track bar bracket. I'm sure if its a 3" kit it will come with most of that. To squeeze 33s under there you'll need new wheels or spacers to offset the tires. The lift itself should be really easy to install and you can knock it out in a day if you are handy and have no problems with removing bolts and such.

After everything is installed get a 4 wheel alignment done. If you have vibe problems after you can start to address the control arms and/or steering stabilizer.

it does come with all of that and it says something about Alignment cams are recommended if your vehicle didn't come from the factory with front cam bolts. how do i know if my 2004 wrangler tj has this?

2004 does not have the cam bolts. They run about $35 a pair and install on the axle end of the front lower control arms.
