1984 Jeep J10 parts needed

I need the gear shift indicator that goes on the steering column that tells you what gear you are in, mine is gone.

I need the plastic lid that goes on the master brake cylinder, mine is broken and I cannot keep brake fluid in it.

Anything else for a 1984 Jeep J10 I would be interested in.
