I know in my 04 I put a 6.5in JL Audio Sub. I don't know if the console is different on yours though. I also went up one size for the speakers on the sound bar and in the dash and it sounds very decent. Not good enough for me but loud enough for me to crank it up and not hear anything but music with the top down and cruising about 70. I've got this on order and will soon be adding 2 10s. Should be good enough then.
