I am looking for help. I have a 95 jeep cheroke and would like to raise it with tires alone. What are the biggest tires i can put on my jeep without having to raise it or cut the wheel wells. Your replys are much appreciated, Thank you.[addsig]

I've heard that you can't go any bigger then 30's without a lift...but i'm not positive on that.[addsig]

30's are as big as you can go. with 30's, you may experience some rubbing when the suspension is flexed... and you may have to adjust the bumpstops in the steering.[addsig]

Had 235X75R15, about 29.5"-30",rubbed turning one way (just a little) on the inside, but not the other direction. I don´t believe I ever touched the flares or the wheel well any.

The 225X70R16´s, about 29", I have on there now (heck they where free) work better on the highway. And I only loose about 1/2" clearance at the differential.[addsig]

30's are the max & u might get some rubbing as mentioned above. 31's will fit but will definitely rub! Mine 88 XJ has a 2" lift w/ 31 A/T's & they still rub some....[addsig]
