Tire size anyone?

Once agian I look to my JEEPZ family for advice. Thank God I'm not paying by the post. I have an 81CJ7 with a stock suspension (no lift at all) and 31's. It has the 258 in her. I would like to know what the largest size tire (height and width) I can put on there without altering the suspension at all. Im just looking for a beefy'er look. Also after I put the Kargo master rack on her I will only have about 3inches clearance to get in the garage. Thanks again guys.

You can probably fit 33's with some minor body work.

You may be able to stuff a 33 under there, but you won't want to wheel with it like that. The normal CJ lift for 33s is 2.5 - 3". You may be able to throw a 1" body lift on there and get away with it.

What size are your rims? I believe that a stock CJ rim is 8", which may be small for a 33x12.5x15
