Stolen radio causes electrical grief

This week my radio was ripped out, and the thief was "kind" enough to pull most of the cables carefully enough. However, I have no working dash gauges, although all the lights are working.

I checked all the fuses - both under the dash and in the PCM. Nothing looks wrong. I am ready to take the next step, if only I knew what that should be.

I'm happy to get my hands dirty, and replace wiring but I really have no idea where I should start. Any recommendations? I have some diagrams, and pics. Thanks

Can you take a pic of the leftover wiring where the radio used to be?, i'd like to see where to start here if possible. The wiring harness on a TJ dash that goes across towards the passenger side also has the communication line to the cluster. I'm a little confused, the pic shows a TJ but your Jeep description on the upper right hand is a 94 YJ?. Which one was violated ?.

Thanks SteelHeadz. I will do that. I did change the pic. I just threw up a pic but you're right. Here's the right one. My son is posing by it. We love this jeep, but I really am excited about getting it fixed.
Pic1 -wires from radio
Pic2 -where the fuse box is - I checked all these fuses, but I've read on this site that fuses ca still be bad even if they look good. The wires hanging down are for fog lamps which I've never had since I bought it.
Pic3 -outside fuse box
Pic4 -PCM -all these fuses looked good too
Pic5 -conduits for harnesses
Where shall I start? We did take the instrument cluster out and test them with a 12v tester. No power except for the dash lights connector. I guess I need to chase wires back to fuse box? Any ideas? I have no AC and no ABS either. So it should be pretty easy to follow the few wires we do have...LOL
Thanks!
Ellen
