Removing a spindel?

Not sure how to remove it but it's the piece the axles goes through. I've pulled and pulled this thing won't budge. It seems to be pressed on or either rusted on. I'm just wandering what's the easiest way to get off. Try to save the piece itself.

It's most likely rusted in the steering knuckle. Try a PB blaster and a chisel between the flange and the knuckle.

Thank you! That's what I thought but I wanted to be sure before I go forcing it. I've been letting it soak in pb blaster and lightly tapping with a mallet. It's come out a little. I can almost fit a chisel in

Put a block of wood over the threads and smack it with a 3lb sledge or other decent hammer. First strike it from the top, then bottom, then each side. Keep moving it around and it'll work off.
