I had something odd happen today. First we are having our first real storm of the winter here in Utah. Snow, blowing wind out of the north...a good reason to be out driving in the jeep if you ask me. When a heavy gust of wind came down the line of cars along the free way (saw them swerve), when it hit the jeep I swerved, not wanting to miss that fun, well the wind blew hard enough that it pulled the zipper apart on my passenger door window.
Well needless to say I had to pull one of the spares out and fight it onto the window frame. Oh the joys of that battle!
Strange never had, nor heard of that happening before, the window was only 2 years old.
P.S. I have learned from my break in two years ago to keep a spare set of soft top windows on hand, mid winter driving with an open window sucks the big one.
