Oh, and I have 31's on stock suspension and stock wheels on my 05 ;) No rubbing at all

You can get a good price on some ProComp tires at www.offroadtoystore.com

During the month of March enjoy great savings on Pro Comp tires. Buy any 3 Pro Comp tires and get the 4th tire free. As always we give our customers low shipping rates. We ship up to 5 tires for only $80.00. This sale begins March 1st and ends March 31st. As always mounting, balancing, and lug nuts is only $9.99 when you add an equal amount of wheels to your order.

I got a set of Pro Comp 31's from 4WD Parts while they had thier nice little buy 3 get one free. Get em on sale. They always are somewhere. I have the XJ on 31's with 2 inches, and there hasn't been a problem yet. I have no money (ever...), but there are always sales going on between all of the stores out there. Just be patient. Then you'll get the good deals.

If you buy ProComps, buy the mud terrains, the all terrains are the most worthless tire ever. They have about the traction of a wet sock on a tile floor.

The closest of those three shops to you would be Hoaks 4WD in Wrightsville. They aren't the cheapest place around but you will get what you pay for. They are in Wrightsville.

You probably have a shop close to ya...

If you are not using the Jeep offroad then I would go with the 31" BFGoodrich All Terrain K/O.
The last set I bought had a trail warranty that should cover your impending nail puncture.
Put them on and see if they rub. If they don't, you can use that extra dough for some black trail corners.

That's what my newer Jeep has. They are awesome on the road in any weather. Good on a trail but not much of a mudder.
