Hey Tom, long time no talk! They where insured and that insurance company has stepped up and claimed responsibility for their client. Although I had to file the claim for them the following day. The driver is sticking to the story of having no memory of just prior too and directly after the impact. I wonder what it must be like to go through life without responiblity?????
