would a motorcraft 2100 from a 351 windsor be ok on my jeep? found a real good deal on one if it will work. thanks

Just hook her up and see! there is a many different set up to be tryed and tested. I have a 2150 that is not suppost to work but it does a great job. I have the much larger CFM unit that the 1.08 nad no complaints. tug

tug....no flooding or anything like that? how is your mileage? do you have any flat spots or stuttering while accelerating? this is a rebuilt by holley never used that i can pick up for less than 100.

Oh, you guys are running 2150s off of V8s. I've been answering all the posts about 2150s while thinking the biggest one anybody would be running would be the 287cfm 1.08. If it came off of a 351, you will probably need to jet it down some and adjust the accelerator pump. A 1.21 will feed a Clifford intake and a little bit longer duration camshaft......mmmmmm.....power!

2150 and 2100 cfm ratings
.98 = 190cfm
1.01 = 240cfm
1.02 = 245cfm
1.08 = 287cfm
1.14 = 300cfm
1.21 = 351cfm
1.23 = 356cfm
1.33 = 424cfm

No joke! I ordered a 1.08 modle and recived a 1.21 and was so tired of the waite that I just went ahead and give it a shot. One hooked up and the vacuumes all hooked up a minor ture and away I did go. the only time I have a problem is if I just hammer the throttle from a very low rpm but then it is just minimal at best. I get about 12 mpg and remember I have the very low gearing t-18 4 speed. I feel that is pretty good considering. It is a hoss now and I would not trade what carboration I have for any thing I have ever drove or rode in! Angles are no problem and that goes for any angle that has not caused me to roll and a couple that have. hehehehe I know the math says no way but I am telling you on my 79 CJ7 258 it is doing a dandy job. Did not rejet or any thing else. go figure. tug
