Lights for 2000 Jeep GC Laredo 4x4

I have a Jeep GC Laredo that is a 2000 model. I want to add a steel guard in the front of mine & I'd like to add lights on top of it like I've seen on top of the Wranglers.

Any suggestions? I'm new to this site so please forgive me if I'm not posting this exactly the right way.

Instead of adding on a Bumper guard, why not just replace it with a Warn Bumper thats more durable than the Stock. then add on a bumper Hoop that has the provisions for the offroad lamps..
