j salley New member Mar 13, 2012 #1 I have a 1992 jeep cherokee. Could yall explain to me how i can go out and look at my axles and tell what dana axles they are. I believe the rear is dana 35 and the front is dana 30. Is this right. Im not sure. Thanks.

This will give you a list of everything on your Jeep when it was built: Contact Jeep In the short term, you can look at the axle - if there is a plastic / rubber fill plug on your back axle then it's a Dana 35. xjmarc New member Mar 13, 2012 #3 Front will be a D30, rear could be a D35 or Chryco 8.25. If you have ABS good chance it's a D35.
