couple minor problems

Sounds like you need a new fan switch and an antenna.

There's a fan switch on ebay now for $40

I'd call your local dealer first and see how much he wants.

You can either get a stock antenna, or hit up the local auto parts store and find something else you like.

my heater and air conditionor only work on high too its been like that for about 2 years now just havnt asked the question on here yet

Check the Blower Resistor.

Yep for the heater fan ya need a resister pack. its usually located under the glove compartment.

thanks for the welcome,and the tips.Will check it out when snow stops

It is located under the glove box.You will have to remove a plastic kick plate.You will see an electrical plug going into the heater vent system.Unplug and remove the 2 screws holing in the resistor pack.

It seems to be a common problem with all mopars,I have owned to others and had the same problem.Mine seemed to go atleast once a year.I know live with only high speed tired of putting money into low and med fan.
