Chrylser going bankrupt

All indications are that Chrysler is going to file for bankruptcy. What do you think it means for Jeep?

For me it means an opportunity for Jeep to finally become an independant company it should always should have been. Chrysler could sell it off to investors. I'd be one.

Without the marriage with Chrysler, Jeep would be free to choose parts from the aftermarket world. This could lead to stronger, better jeeps.

In Southern Africa
Tata also means "Good bye"
Ta means "give " or "Thank you depending how you use it.
So, "ta en tata" ( Thank you and goodbye) is what the Jeep brand should do to Chrysler

As for Boobs:- Two mounds well worth conquering.... sounds like a good 4x4 slogan because you would feel a right "tit" if you failed, so please keep us "abreast" of developments.

little clearification, bankrupcy does not mean out of business, it just means they are moving forward in filing for bankrupcy protection. jeep was the only Chrysler brand that turned a profit and increase in sales in FY 08, the others dropped close to 30% in sales.

All fingers are crossed that by the end of the day, Chrysler will sign a contract with Fiat. Inspite of all the media news of Chrysler going bankrupt, a resolution has been met with both the U.S. and Canada with the UAW. This means that Chrysler will still stand as a viable corporation. Let's see what happens.:roll:
