can't do alignment on tj 03 wrangler

I bought this 03 wrangler knowing it had been wrecked in the right front but all seemed well. I went to get an alignment and the guy said he couldn't do it because the frame was bent and the knuckles were out too many degrees....isn't this a part on the axle and repairable. I took it to a frame shop and that guy said to get a second opinion it didn't appear to be the frame. That I will do tomorrow.

If the knuckles are out, you can buy offset balljoints to account for some tweaking. Too much bend in the inner C and you'll need a new front axle housing.

I think the shop yesterday just didn't want to mess with it. Hopefully I'll get some good news back today. That sounds good about the ball joints and even if I have to get the axle housing it still sounds fixable huh?

Solid front axle, do it yourself. just measure the rim lip to rim lip behind the axle, then measure the same for the front. loosen the adjuster sleeve or pop the TRE off and adjust appropriately (not positive if the TJ has the adjuster sleeve or if you have to undo the TRE)

I like about 1/2 inch of toe out. (1/4 inch wider in front of the axle)

It's good! No problem with the other alignment place and needed the shock. Not as bad as they made it out to be. Thanks for the help guys!
