Alternator change on tj 2.5L 4cyl?

my alternator is on the way out and it is stock so it is only 81 amp. i got alot of lights on my jeep for offroad and hunting and a 8500Lbs winch. i wants a good alternator to run all of my lights i was thinkng somewhere around 150-160 amp alternator.. or if u guys got ne better suggestions. i like to know how big i should go and where i can buy it and also a estimated price range. i got a 99 tj 2.5L 4cly. thanks in advanced guys
