87 grand wagoneer under carriage tire mount

I am the proud new owner of an 87 grand Wagoneer. I got the vehicle a few days ago and the spare tire was in the back of the vehicle UGH, this will not do. The mounting hardware for mounting it under the carriage has all been removed. Any ideas on where I might be able to find this hardware? Or any ideas on coming up with something else?

If you can't locate an OEM replacement spare tire winch, you could probbably get one off a newer pick-up truck and fabricate a new mount on the bottom of the bed. If i remember correctly, there's a ton of pick and pull junkyards in north LasVegas
