2005 Jeep liberty Lighting problem

I have a 2005 Jeep liberty with a serious problem... No parking lights or dash lighting. Headlights and turn signals work properly. Any ideas on electrical issue involved here?? Is there anyone else out there that has had this problem?. I have no power going to #9 fuse

That said, Same jeep liberty, 05 with a 3.7L engine. Engine is making some pretty serious Top end noise. I also have a dead cylinder.
Vehicle only has 26k miles on it. Sounds like something came apart in the valve train. Makes a regular loud noise, almost like a crack every 10 seconds or so. haven't done a top end ripdown yet. Anyone have this issue as well? lifter coming apart or valve spring breaking? like i said, haven't done the top end ripdown yet..
Any advice is appreciated.

I've seen the 3.7 slip a rocker and also break a valve keeper. Remove the valve cover and see which vavlve is at fault.
