Hello all newbie here. I just bought a 2004 tj 3 weeks ago and I love it. The only problem is there tapping coming from the camshaft position sensor. It seems like the half moon pulse unit from the oil pump drive is hitting the magnet in the cam sensor. I took the sensor off and there's a small bit of play in the pulse unit half moon thing. I was wondering if anyone else has ha this problem and if so what can I do. I hope I don't have to replace the whole drive. Oil pressure is fine and it starts ans runs great. Just the tapping is drivig me crazy. Sounds exactly like a valve tap. 2004 tj sport 69k on it 6cyl 5 sp. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
