I need a Rear wiper motor, a seatbelt extension thing, and a keyless entry transmitter (the chain thing with the buttons) to suit my 95 grand cherokee laredo. If you are in or near Fort Wayne and can help please mesage me

The Seat Belt Extension is really cheap at a Chrysler Dealership. it used to be Free if you asked for one. i Beleive it was a NHSTA requirement to meet the needs of consumers in a special circumstance. The Keyless entry Remote a.k.a. KeyFob are Specific to certain Vin # Breakpoints. you need to go to a dealer parts dept. and aquire a part number that would be compatible with your G.C. . only then , you would know that if the remote you purchased will work on your Jeep. There are 2 possible part numbers that will be compatible with your jeep, 56036859 AE , 56036860AE. both of them uses A frequency 315. your Vin # will narrow it down to the one thats compatible with your Jeep. They are around $70.00 new from a dealer.

Thanks but I already went to a jeep dealership. They want $40 for the seatbelt extentender and $180 for the keyless remote + $45 to program it to my vehicle. I dont have that kind of money right now. Thats why I asked on here, I hoped soemone might havea hint about aftermarket stuff or even extras in their workshop.

Try JCWhittney catalog for the seatbelt extender. if you can get the part# for your KeyFob, i might have one that will work for you. and its free, just pay for the shipping. No charge for the headaches either , just kidding.

i say go old skool and use you key to open the door. its alot cheaper and if the key starts wearing you can go to lock smith or hardware store and get a new one for under $5

They say "old skool is now the new Skool"

have you tried the junk yard for a wioer motor?

I would leave it "old skool" but we can only disarm the alarm from the passenger door. I'm thinking with the keyfob we would eliminate that extra trip around the car everytime. Plus my missus is disabled and when she goes out by herself it just adds more walking that she doesnt need. I did try at a junkyard for the wiper motor but they don't have any in at this time.

Dude pull the fuse for the alarm and save the walk. as for the wiper motor, I'm picking up a wrecked 1990 Cherokee next month. if the wiper motor will work on yours I'll give it to you for the cost of shipping. just let me know

I'm told the wiper motor from the 90 wont fit my 95.. but thanx anyway

Here's a Cherokee rear wiper motor for $10:
eBay Motors: 93 94 95 96 97 98 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE REAR WIPER MOTOR (item 120367247505 end time Jan-28-09 16:35:03 PST)

For your Key fob, just find out the part number you need from your dealer, and either get the free one from SteelHeadz, or buy one off of ebay. There are plenty to be had for cheap, but unless you know the proper part number, you've only got a 50 / 50 chance of getting the right one.

Here's a key fob for $26
