WTB CJ Tire carrier hardware and CJ wheels

I am in NC and want to buy the mounting hardware for the OEM rear tire carrier for CJ7s. I do not need the carrier.

I also want to but a set of stock wheels 15x7 for CJ7s. Not the "wagon spoke" wheels.
