Hey everyone, I am close to being finished with my CJ and am looking for some rides in the vicinity of West Virginia. I am right on the Ohio-WV border, i'm from Point Pleasant to be specific. If anyone has any ideas or information please do tell. Thanks.

How far are you from Breezewood, PA? There's a state owned trail in MD about 30 min from there. I'm going to try to organize a trip there in the early spring.

According to Yahoo I am 5 hours and 58 minutes from there, so drop about 15-45 minutes off of that and it's still a long trip, lotta gas $$ haha but Jeepin's jeepin. I would definitely try my best to come if I could. So if ya' do organize anything, definitely get a hold of me.

ha im near montgomery wv there is about 2860ac of old coal company land to ride on i go all the time but it no fun alone i got this rubi now no one wants to go they dont want to scratch there jeep the road are most atv trails well they was until i got rubi its stock tires are almost gone but i still go have you heard of tucker hollow in kimberly if so you will see my black rubi its real steep but it can be wheeled come &play

I was born in raised just up the river in Parkersburg, and before I moved to Baltimore, I used to drag race every Thursday night at Kanawha Valley Dragway Park just out...I think it's rt. 38?? About 5 miles or so from Point Pleasant. Unfortunately I don't know of any public trails in the state. Mountwood Park just east of Parkersburg used to have some public trails, but I think they changed the rules several years back and only allow ATV's and dirt bikes now (no ORV's :( ). Sorry.

And TC, count me in for that trail ride you mentioned. Just let me know when you want to do it, and tell me how to get there :).

just letting you know that there are places to wheel in southern wv near montgomery to charleston wv--it is old coal property and plenty atv trails but i changed that when i got my rubi. we have been riding these trails with 4x4's and atv's for years.
