Weird problem...

Wondering if anyone could help me on this, jeep idles incredibly rough until warmed up and if I drive it will bog in and out, already replaced plugs and coils...

Upstream O2 sensor could be going bad, sometimes they wont trip the check engine light

No check engine light, problem goes away after a few minutes that's why I'm lost

Sounds more like a choke problem.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Take a can of Carb cleaner and spray around the intake where it meets the head and around the carb/ t-body base. Inspect the vac lines closely. TYpically a leaking intake manifold gasket will make it run rough untill the engine heats up and the metal part expand which seals off the leak.
