Good job. Did it go very far after the shot?

It went about 10 yards through the woods. we had to plow some trees down to get to it. The Cows guarded him for about 20 mins. and charged us. We had to use the John Deere to Scare them off and retrieve the bull.

The only difference between a Bison and a Cow that i've noticed is that the Bison's are very agressive especially the Female Cow.they seem to be more protective of the herd than the Bulls. That and They stink with a musky smell.

Oh and no, They are not hard to hunt. you can see them from a 1000 yds. moving around. They sometimes bed down in the thickets under a tree, only then would be a challenge to get to them.
that thing is huge.

Anybody ever watch Uncle Ted's wildebeast hunts? Now them's some mean animals.

That they are. Red Stags or some people calls them The Red Deer are also Agressive animals when they see one of their own is hunted down.they get almost as big as an Elk Deer.
