Valve Adjustment - 4.0l

I'm getting ready to put my new cylinder head back on this weekend......Has anyone done valve adjustment? I've got a Haynes manual and I'm going to Google the hell out of it. I'm just looking for tips or tricks.....basically, I need a little peace of mind.

Tighten them down they are non adjustable valve train. Unless your running aftermarket cam. Then shimming and custom length pushrods may be in order

I've been looking all over the net and it seems that is the popular opinion. I'll check the manual one more time to night and ask the machinist that's putting the valves in my new head also.

Thanks a lot!

Ya. Most mopars use non adjustable valve trains. Even the 318 and 360s. If the head was milled the push rods may need to be machined or different pedestals used.
