Turn Signals

I'm having a problem with my turn signals, the right one works fine,
But the left, blinks twicw as fast, all the bulbs are working. I thought,
it might be the flasher relay, but i can't find one. I hear it behind the instrument
cluster. But i can't get a whole of it.

I know most cars do this when one buld is out. are you sure that they are all working, including the one on the fender? Could be a bad ground somewhere. I think the flasher relay is the large metal circle in the fuse block.

yeah, that's the first thing i checked, and i looked for a regular flasher
relay, like i'm used to seeing....but it wasn't on the fuse box, or even the Power
dist senter, under the hood......i can hear that sucker behind my inst. panel......but i
can't pin point it
