Transmission drain?

On my 95 YJ Wrangler what are the steps I need to follow in order to drain and refill my transmission fluid? How much will it hold and what kind should I buy for replacement? Thanks!

what transmission do you have.. completely different for an auto than a 5 spd

two drain plugs on the pass side. the bottom will drain the transmission, replace the plug, remove the top one and fill it through there. when it starts to pour out the hole your filling it in, your full. Use a syncromesh, not the GL crap that is in the manual. the syncromesh won't prematurely wear your syncro's and will shift way better
