Anybody know off hand all the size torx sockets i need for a 94 yj? I would like to make one trip or at least 1 order online to get the whole package.

just order the whole set from quadratec. That will save you the issue of trying to find a safety torx for the sport bars.

Yeah, get the whole set. Off the top of my head, I know you need:
T60, T55, T50. I've used those recently. I bought an 8 piece socket set and also have a "torx key" for those smaller torx bits. Spend the $ and get sockets with a lifetime warranty so that when (not if) you round one off, you can get a free replacement. Then, when you finally get the torx bolt out, replace it with a hex drive bolt. You'll thank yourself later.

OMG is bigger really better???

thanks guys, ill get a good set. ive had a hard time finding the bigger ones. like the front bumper mounts. ill check out quadratech

No no no no. Don't pay Q-tec those outrageous prices (plus that outrageous shipping + handling fee). Just go on down to sears and get a set. That way, they are guaranteed for life. If the set doesn't have the big one(s) then go to an auto parts store (PepBoys or AutoZone) and buy the individual sockets for the size you need. I think the front bumper is the T60. Not sure though.

I agree - that's where I got mine. And they had the big ones (not part of the set) which I purchased seperately.

Another vote for Sears here. Get Craftsman, then if you bust one they'll replace it free. I know many tool makers are offering that guarantee now but craftsman are better quality than the run of the mill pep boys aisian crap. and you know so long as you don't lose them they will be the only set you buy ever.

thanks guys. i just got back from sears and got a set but they didnt have the craftsman version of the t-55 or t-60. i picked up what they have but im not going to use them till i look around some more for ones with the warrany

you may have a tough time finding the safety torx bit for the roll bar... but you may never need it as well.... i just used a pipe wrench... worked great
