Tj soft top porous?

Do the soft tops lose the water proofing? Had a downpour last night. Came out to find water droplets on the inside of the roof this morning. Do you see the water droplets on the soft top? That's the inside roof. WTF?

Likely condensation unless there's a hole in the material.

Bestop they made the factory top.

I have the bestop frameless soft top. I love it. It's awesome. Comes with door surrounds and a sunrider above the driver and front passenger.

I had a 98 TJ and never had a leak problem with the top. When I sold it in 2009, it still had the original top on it. It is worth noting that the 98 had the older style top and that the 99 was the 'sailcloth' top. So, I may have just wasted two minutes of your life that you'll never get back. I'd go with condensation.

I haven't seen it happen but that once, so I am agreeing with the consensus. It freaked me out when I got in the jeep and saw it. Maybe something to do with FL.
