serp. belt

I'm new to the jeep thing, I have a 97 4 cylinder
I need to tighten the belt and for the life of me I
dont see how to tighten it. The alternator dosnt
seem to have a slide bracket.
anyone?

Loosen the power steering pulley bolt, then adjust the threaded rod behind the power steering bracket. The nut end of the rod is near the base of the valve cover. All these bolts are 15mm.
