Does anyone know where to get the bumper shown on this TJ? This pic was taken in Austria... (hope thats not the only place to get one of these!)

Never seen a bumper like that it looks just like he has some cool end caps on a stock bumper....

They are not part of the bumper, but actually part of the flare. You can get just the cut outs from Quadtratech.
