i was gonna regear my dana m35 and dana 30 4.11 to 4.88 because off road my 2.5L 4 banger got no power i got to rive it up and pop the clutch in order to get enough power to move. i was wondering where is a good place to get gears? and if i do get them should i just buy the gears or should i buy a hard ware kit to and install new bearing and seals? thanks

I would def get new bearings, Complete Offroad sells a kit for front and rear for just under $500. That gets you gears, bearing, shims and new ring gear bolts. It's Yukon gears and Timkin bearings. I ran them in my XJ for years and no problems. One question is have you ever set up a ring and pinion because it is very time consuming and requires some special tools and a good understanding of how they work.

thanks alot. i was going to call the dealership to see if they would install the gears for me.. is this a good idea?

If you haven't done it before and you don't have a dial indicator w/mag base also you have may to press a bearing on & off so you may want to have it installed.

I would look to a 4x4 or race shop to install your gears, will cost half of what a stealership will charge.
