Rear wheel bearing exploded!

Hey, Gang

i am a noob when it comes to Jeeps and mechanical work, but am am trying to repair/upgrade my 1979 Cj5 after the left rear wheel bearing exploded on me. I was wondering if the damage done to where the bearing sits is too bad to use this rear end. I have a pic of my problem. Thanks in advance for any opinions.

havent really run into this problem before, but I would think as long as the bearing don't spin inside the housing it would be ok. hard to tell the extent of damage by the pictures though..

What a nightmare! I guess I need to find out what my rear end is supposed to look like. I was considering a Detroit Locker posi diff upgrade with one piece axles. Reviews for the Detroit are good but I haven't settled on the axle yet.
