RE 6025 lift (the one with new leafs)

Alright i want to get something straight from the start here, I am loving my jeep the way it is now. Here is the thing, its a 98, I measured the distance from the ground to the bottom edge of the wheel well when i had 235/75r15's on. then i installed the RE 6025 3" lift and put 31/10.5R15's on and measured again after two months for settling. With tires and the stated lift hieght i figured 4 -5" of lift if measured in the same spot. well it is a full 6 3/4" frount ant rear. I love it, Is this normal, has anyone else noticed it if it isn't?

rubicn express springs really dont settle to much they flex like hell and dont sag too often...

Need to account for the sag that was in yuor stock springs prior to the swap. I got 5.5
' all around on my ol 87 with a 3" lift. tug
