New Tj great!!

As some of you know I gave up on my 87 yj and bought a 99 tj I can't really afford to, but had to. My jeep is my daily driver and I was putting in too much shop time on the yj. I needed something a little more reliable to get to work. On a good note I really like the the tj, it might be just that it is newer and everything is still tight but it rides a lot nicer than my yj did.
My first post may have offended a couple of you cause it sounded alittle like i was rubbing it in your faces. I was however just sharing my excitement with the people i know share the same enthusiasm. I LOVE JEEPS, i couldn't think of looking at any other vehicles. So fellow Jeepers, Sorry if it sounded bad when i told you i was getting the tj. I was just very excited about it.JEEP....is there any other???

It is great you have a newer Jeep to put around in. Glad you are enjoying it and tell us about the differences off road. It is ok to drive a TJ as long as you wave like you have a YJ or CJ. :-D tug[addsig]

TJ is a great jeep, I too wave to all and even at night. Out of the many jeeps that I wave to theTJ's waves back the least. That is not a reflection on the TJ as a jeep just that there owners are often Young, and or well to do weekend jeep drivers, and have not figured out the wave thing much less that jeep thing. However I do always talk to the young and other wise non waven jeep folk and tell if they plan to keep a jeep they need to get with the program and start waven or I am going to call the jeep police on em or start taken parts when i find em parked! On the other hand there are the real Jeepers you know the ones that wave 1/4 mile before I get to em and start honking the horn at 100 yards if you anit waven back. Just like the man said even in old chevy truck. I wave at every jeep even in my little ol ford ranger. Don't take offense just wave. Here I am waven at you now! Hiddy do jeep buddy. Tug
