TNT Customs, Full Traction, Rusty's... all bolt-on.
These systems are designed so that the control arms mount to stronger mounts that are integrated into a stronger replacement belly pan.
An XJ has rear leaf springs, not coils (like your GC), so a sub frame is not needed. The sub frame you speak of is to connect the near identical front setup to the rear long arms. It doesn't apply to an XJ. Check Clayton's site, they don't have a subframe for the XJ, just a replacement belly pan like the others. Why theirs is weld-on I have no idea.
