Need help with the "nutter " bypass

Hi,
I own a 86 cj7 with the 258 engine. My problem is that I have no idle what so ever. And my last attempt will be the "nutter" bypass. I have disconnected the computer but I´cant figure out what to do with the vacum line from the distributor. Can someone please explain this for me.

I have always had idle probs with my 85, and I think it is usually a carb related thing. I end up replacing my carb about every 2 years. Try cleaning the Venturi

As for the dist. vacuum hose, on my Jeep it is hooked to the passenger side of the carb, but I don't know how it should be for the Nutter bypass.

Just did the nutter bypass myself today on my 89 4.2l six. Worked great! I routed my vacuum line to the passenger side of the carb about half way up.
