master cylinder upgread

I have a 1994 wrangler vacuum power brake booster and matser cylinder. The master cylinder bore is 1" not big enough for the disc brakes that I instaled . I need to have a bigger bore master cylinder. I need a 1.25" bore that will fit the 94s boster. The power booster PN:BENDEX R251762.

Master cylinders out of ford E-350 vans or F-350 trucks might work out. I've seen some write ups using those parts for the bigger bore.

I just took a hydroboost from an astrovan and called my brakes good...

Well did some reaserch on master cylinders /Ford trucks, GM vans, Dodge Trucks,. None would fit then checked out some four wheel disc cars and the 84-86 mustang SVO master is a direct fit. The bore Dia. is 1.125" got it all hooked up just got to bleed it after work today.

I run a 86 ford E350 master. the F350 master is different. the modifications required to get it in are minimal and very easy. if you google search you will find them, IIRC I had to drill out the mounting holes to 9/16 and then grind down the outer lower portions of the mounting ears, set the splunger length which is trial and error process and done. has plenty of volumn to adequately fill the 1 ton calipers at all four corners.
