map lights flickering

any ideas ??? when i have my door open , or turn on the interior light switch , the light flickers every 20 seconds or so , without touching switches or moving anything like the door etc. , not sure what could be causing it , but wondering if anyone else has had this problem and has any ideas to fix it .

Possibly a loose connection. i would start checking the main swithch. check the connectors if any pins are loose , heat spots etc. also check the bulb contacts for corrosion of maybe just a loose bulb, check the electrical connector to the dome lamp.
