Line Lock install on 01 TJ

I have a 2001 TJ (Wrangler) and I want to install Line Lock on the front wheels. The reason for the LL is because the parking brake on drum brakes will not hold the Jeep when I am winching, without anchoring it. This thing has ABS on it.
Do I install the LL after the ABS valving or before?

Might check if there is any local or state issues with a line lock if your rig sees the streets. There is also a trans lock that is used to do the same.

Tow truck can and do use it for recovery purposes and that is my intention too. I use my Jeep and winch as a skidder to move trees around mostly, and sometimes it is over 100' to the nearest tree for an anchor. LL would make it easier.
This one has a combination ABS and proportioning valve as one unit and I need to find it. It is not right under the master cylinder as it is shown in most of the pictures I've found.

FYI, line lock on the front axle will not help a whole lot with holding the jeep and winching. Considering winch safety when pulling another vehicle, the driver remains in the vehicle with a foot on the brake as to maintain control over the vehicle and rev the motor to assist the winch. Also, Either strap the rear to something solid or park the jeep with the front bumper up against a tree, large rock or what ever to keep it from sliding foward.

The line lock goes after the prop valve, that said and in the end do what ever you want, but your idea is faulted.
