lift kit question

That's a hard one, shocks are kind of a personal choice. Some like a stiffer shock to lessen the corner sway. Just match the length with your amount of lift. So far of all that I have ran in the mono tube design the best was tera flex's. They have lasted the longest, and stood up to more off road abuse than any other, that I have owned.

I wana make my choice based on the fact that this jeep will be a dd aswell has moderate offroad. A bit if crawling, trail riding and also exploring in this arizona desert. I plan on taking her on the crown king run and some trails up north.

Then I would go with tera-flex for my shocks. They are a good mid range shock that performs well on and off road. I have had bad luck with ranchos, bilsteins, and mile markers. All of them make a good mid-level shock, but for some reason they don't hold up that well on the rocks in my jeep. I am currently running fox 2.0's, but if I wasn't playing desert racer along with rock crawling with my jeep, I would be running tera-flex shocks.

Desert racing? That sounds like fun... Fox shocks seem pricey cause its named brand stuff. But I bet there real good shocks and they do the job well. I think I might go with the tera-flex then
