In Your Opinion What Is The Best Lift Kit System For An 04 Rubicon. I Live In Wv And Do Alot Of Off-road - Hill And Rock Climbs And Alot Of Running Through Deep Mud. I Have Looked At Many Different Lift Kits, What Would Be The Best? The Jeep Is Factory But I Need More Lift So I Wont Get Saddle Bagged. I Also Drive It Daily So I Need Something For On And Off Road Use. I AM GOING TO BE RUNNING 33" OR 35" TIRES.

Rubicon Express 4.5", either the Extreme Duty longarm or the Superflex kit. I've installed a few of the Superflex kits and they're good stuff.

For short-arm kits (like the superflex listed above) Rubicon Express will be tough to beat.

For longarm kits (much more money) there are several good choices out there. Too many to list

If you want to run 35's go with the 5.5" long arm kit from Rubicon Express. It is the same price as the 4.5" lift. That is what I have on my 03 Ruby.

thanks for the input im hard on the jeepi really run it on &off roadi hit the mountain sometimes on the home from work im worried about bending the longarmis thatpossible ive broken upper arm on the o5 wrangler thats why i got the rubi igot 43000 onfactor tires with about .25% thread leftthats goood but they are no good in mud around here iwantto be able to run class5 trails &run the road to get there we went to camp jeep 06 in wis.had so fun but the trails there wereetoeasy witch is best larm or short arm on&off road als websit thanks ya

Longarm is the best of both worlds, onroad and off. I'll agree strongly that the MT/R's are no good in mud, from what I've seen as well.

thanks alot bount hunter ill go with the 5.5 kit its the same price as the4.5 kit cost is $2650 on quadratec.com i just wish shocks came with it, it might be a month or so before i can get it put on ill try to seen ya some pictures after its on thank you;if you ever come to wv drop me a line ill take you on a real good mountain ride awesome site

Plan on doing a SYE and new driveshaft at the same time. You'll need them.

Nth Degree Mobility 4.5" (comes with a tummy tucker to get rid of the shovel underneath), M.O.R.E. 1" motor lift, and JKS 1.25" body lift. The most awesome setup for a Rubi, and you'll run 35's with no problems or rubbing.

Where Can I Find The Nth Degree Mobility 4.5" Kit--what Is The M.o.r.e. 1" Motor Lift? If I Use This Kit Will I Have To Change The Sye And The Drive Shaft? Thanks For Input.

It's a Rubi, already a fixed TC yoke, no SYE needed. Could stand to have a CV yoke installed with a CV rear driveshaft.

Check out www.goferitoffroad.com for 1" motor mount spacers if you decide to go with a flatter crossmember. Moving the motor and transfer case up keeps the drivetrain relatively level, you don't have to change much at the driveshaft as it should have enough length built in when you added the CV driveshaft.

Have you checked out www.rubiconownersforum.com ?

About the driveshaft, call Tom Woods or Hi-Angle Driveline. They both offer solutions to the Rubicon rear driveshaft. There is an adapter plate that bolts to the balancer that a CV driveshaft bolts to, and there is a CV yoke that takes the place of the balancer, either is fine. My dad has the one with the adapter and it works flawlessly.

I wouldnt do a 9th degree kit...there not good on the rocks, the track bar system isnt all that great...go either R.E or look into Rock Krawlers long arm kit....but I do love my Tera-flex

Thanks But The Site Want Let Me Log In, Ill Have My Wife Try Later Im Not Good Any Good At This Computer Stuff
