I love those! There was one on C-list here a while back (may still be) for about the same price. There's a good solid project of one on the wall at a local 4x4 shop here. Doesn't list the price and it's pretty scattered. I've heard that 225 V6 is the ideal engine to have in those.
Due to the cool factor of the Jeepsters, the prices seem to usually be pretty high. I doubt you'll find much for under $800, but you might find one with less rot, assuming that was rot below the doors.
The rig in the link is definitely a project vehicle. I've seen some go from rags to riches, with a lot of money being dropped along the way. The $800 will definitely not be the last money put into that rig.
