I recently installed a 2" lift on my 03 TJ. Now anytime I go above 40mph the front drivers side wheel shakes really bad. If I put it in 4wd, it goes away. Everything is tight and nothing looks abnormal. What could be causing this?

When I had this happen to me one of my tires was out of balance. I would take it to a shop to have someone look at it. also check your alignment while your at it. or it could cost you a set of new tires.

Did you install new lower control arms? If you did, take it to a shop and have it aligned, chances are you messed up the orientation of the cam washer.

You need to set the caster so the bottom of the front axle is as far forward as possible. I don't think the '03 came with cam bolts, only fixed bolts on the axle end of the lower control arms. Get some cam bolts from the dealer and run that caster all the way out. Then we'll talk.

If you had leaf springs, I'd say your pinon angles were off and you'd need to change your shim. I don't know what to do with coils, though...
