jus moved to redding ca. from the coastal town of arcata ca. i also recently purchased my 86yr old dads jeep from his now wifes grandson who was going to put it up on ebay for sale. I jus met my dad for the first time 4 years ago, i actualy found him through peoplesearch.com and its quite a story. The only time i ever even seen my dad as a child was in 1972 when my mother quickly pointed him out going through an busy intersection in sacramento where i lived until moving to the coast when i was 8yrs old, i only seen the back of his head and he was driving the jeep. I havent had many things in my life to be sentimental about but this jeep is realy special to me because my dad turns out is is a realy great guy with such a good reputation and im so proud that he is my father, you see he never knew i was his. anyhow my plan is to fix up this old jeep and make it trail ready so we can go on a jeep run together before its to late so ill be realy happy to take any good advice bout what i should do. thanks guys and gals:driving-g
