grill guard & tow hooks

this might be a dumb question, but can you have front tow hooks if you have a full grill guard? :???: 01 WJ

i have no clue how the grill guard bolts on and where the tow hooks do, but by looking at the picture i would say its one or the other, unless you mount tow hooks to the grill guard somehow. it looks as the grill guard goes through the bumper cover where the tow hooks would be.
