Grand Cherokee brake problem

Can you help me??? I have 2006 grand cherr.. my brakes shake when i on a long downhill decent..ie mountain passes.. during normal city driving seems to work fine... only happens on the long hills.. do you have any ideas? thanks

pads ,rotors worn or warped overheated brakes on downhill decent whens the last time you did the brakes and last but not least ANOTHER REPOST!!!!

Warped rotors. I think the reason you think it's only doing it on a downhill cause of the brake pressure applied on a downhill is different from your normal city driving.
